These Terms govern your use of Tablepass, a service for restaurant reservation and operations management. By using Tablepass, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use Tablepass only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping access to your account secure.

Accounts

You may sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but Tablepass is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tablepass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
